In my yoga classes, I combine several strengths of (Hatha) Yoga: asanas (body postures), strengthening & stretching, activity & passivity, breathing exercises, meditation, relaxation, and energy work.
Of course, yoga has many, many positive effects on our bodies. Hatha Yoga (“the yoga on the mat”) primarily aims to direct energy pathways and thus positively influence our energetic body. The change of energy in our bodies directly affects both our physical body and our mind.
Have you perhaps observed this as well? In my classes, it is important for me to provide individual support even within a group setting. Accordingly, I always pay attention to the correct execution of the asanas—correcting and gently adjusting when necessary. Of course, I take your “little aches” or wishes into consideration. Booking & Payment
I kindly ask for a prior binding reservation via WhatsApp, email, or phone call. Cancellations can be made free of charge until 12 am on Mondays for the evening class and until 3 pm (monday) for the tuesday morning class. Private sessions for groups can be cancelled until 2 days before and private single sessions until 24h before. Unfortunately, I will have to charge for any cancellations made after that. Thank you for understanding!!
