Ecstatic Dance

LET GO & CONNECT

Ecstatic Dance, also known as Free Dance, is about connecting with your own body and expressing yourself through movement.

It helps to release tension and loosen the body on a physical level. On a mental level, it aids in letting go of stress, processing emotions, and releasing them. There are no guidelines in this movement form, making it suitable for everyone! Regardless of age, gender, weight, etc. The diversity of participants also fosters a special sense of community and connection.

Free Dance is for me...

JOY & FREEDOM

Not only are the movement forms diverse, but the music is as well. Let yourself be surprised and groove to the different rhythms and moods! During the dance itself, I refrain from giving instructions and using words: the time belongs entirely to you, and you can dive as deeply into your own emotions and body as you wish. You can interact with others, but I do not encourage it. You are completely free to do as you please!

Mantra Chanting

A PATH OF DEVOTION

Mantra singing is about more than just a spiritual practice: While the communal singing of mantras, also known as Kirtan or Bhajan, originates from a spiritual practice within Bhakti Yoga (the path of love, the path of devotion).

Mantra singing not only enhances heart energy but also has a meditative and calming effect on the mind. Additionally, singing alone offers a variety of physical, emotional, social, and mental benefits, such as mood enhancement, stress reduction, breath control and lung capacity, as well as community, expression of emotions, memory improvement, and increased self-confidence.
