GTC

General

These GTC apply to all offers, services, courses, and workshops organized by Sonja Neukirchen. By using any offer or service, the user accepts these GTC in full. Deviating conditions from participants are not valid.

Registration

Registration for all yoga and meditation offerings, services, courses, and workshops by Sonja Neukirchen can be made through the website www.so-neu.at, provided there are available slots for the desired date. Booking can also be done via phone or email. All services offered by Sonja Neukirchen at the time of registration are published on the website. Dates for free speeches are only reserved upon booking. In exceptional cases, cancellations may occur, and no guarantees or claims for damages can be made. Sonja Neukirchen will strive to provide a substitute if she cannot attend as planned.

Payment for yoga sessions can be made in cash or via invoice (for individual participation, the amount must be paid in advance). Payment for activities as a free speaker is solely through bank transfer based on invoice. A reservation fee or deposit may be required. In general, invoices are to be settled within 14 days of receipt.

Sonja Neukirchen reserves the right to cancel yoga classes due to insufficient participant numbers or illness. Classes will be canceled timely via email. Advance payments will be refunded upon request or can be credited toward a future registration.

Booking as a Free Speaker

For services as a free speaker, contracts are signed for free weddings. The terms of these contracts apply. If canceled by clients, the deposit amount will be retained as a reservation fee, regardless of when the cancellation occurs. Additional ceremonies can be canceled up to one week in advance. Within one week before the ceremony, the total amount becomes due. Sonja Neukirchen reserves the right to waive the remaining amount out of goodwill in hardship cases.

Fees and Payment

The prices valid at the time of registration can be found on the website www.so-neu.at. Once a new price list is published, the old one becomes invalid immediately. Discounted offers are available for a limited time and are granted through a one-time offer (e.g., personal discount). There is no automatic entitlement to additional discounts. Blocks of 5 and 10 sessions are legally considered vouchers and are valid for 5 years. As vouchers, they are transferable. In case of a price increase, the corresponding deficit must be paid for further use.

Withdrawal from Closed Courses, Workshops, Events, etc.

Participants may withdraw from a regular session in the afternoon or evening without specific reason and at no cost by notifying Sonja Neukirchen in writing by 12 PM on the same day. For regular morning sessions, withdrawal is possible until 3 PM the day before. For any advance payments made, the deposit will be retained as a reservation fee upon cancellation. In the case of late cancellation or no-show for the course, the full payment amount will be collected. Partially or non-attended courses, for whatever reason, do not entitle the participant to a reduction in payment. This does not apply if the advertisement (course, workshop, event, etc.) contains other cancellation conditions.

Make-Up for Missed Course Units of Closed Courses

Missed course units, for whatever reason, are generally considered lost units but can be made up for after consultation with Sonja Neukirchen and depending on availability with written notification to Sonja Neukirchen within the course cycle.

Liability

Participation in the services offered by Sonja Neukirchen (classes, courses, workshops, etc.) is at the participant's own risk. Claims for damages are excluded to the extent permitted by law. Sonja Neukirchen assumes no liability for lost items, health injuries, or accidents of any kind occurring during, after, or in connection with the event, in relation to participants and third parties.

The services offered by Sonja Neukirchen do not replace medical advice or treatment by trained and recognized therapists. Participants must inform Sonja Neukirchen about injuries, illnesses, current pregnancies, etc.

Austrian law applies. The competent court is the district court in Liezen.
